A blessed homecoming

A number of beautiful flower offerings greeted us when we arrived home today.

Most were bouquets from friends, but Divine Mother welcomed us with flowers as well — we had never seen such an abundance of roses on the somewhat neglected bushes next to our yard!

The photo below doesn’t come close to doing them justice!

More roses

Today I’ve got beautiful roses but nothing to say. (It happens every now and then.) 😍

Breakthroughs and roses

It seems like the big block I’ve been experiencing had to do with some deep but subtle inner processing. Which — thankfully — has now resolved itself into clarity around a big decision.

(I’m pretty sure it’s no coincidence that Mercury is going direct in another day or two.)

I’ll share more about all that soon.

In the meantime, much of my afternoon and evening was spent in the garden.

Hence the roses.

Being productive

Today was spent catching up at home.

Weeding and watering the garden. Tending the roses. Cleaning out the refrigerator. Doing laundry. Putting together a plant stand for the living room.

You get the idea.

All in all it was quite the productive Saturday.

Swami stories and roses

This afternoon we had the great joy of spending time with one of our all-time favorite Ananda teachers and ministers — Nayaswami Dhyana.

Not only did she fill our consciousness to overflowing with inspiring and instructive stories of Swamiji, she sent us home with these beautiful roses.

What a blessing.
