Early mornings vs late nights

The really good news is that I’m on track to complete my June walking goal, thanks to getting up early enough to walk to the Temple each morning of SRW.

The not so great news is that with so much planning and prep each night, I’ve been getting to bed late, then getting up early to walk.

End result? Three nights in a row of not nearly enough sleep has me feeling wiped out. Which is actually pretty good news, because I think that maybe the habitual late nights are soon going to be a thing of the past!

Out of time

It’s been a week of late nights and tonight I just can’t.

So I’m stopping now.

Happy Friday, friends!

Backsliding

Hmmm….I think “backslid” might be more accurate.

There have been more and more late nights and late mornings. And many of my recently-reinvigorated healthy routines have fallen by the wayside…again!

Yes, yes; it’s largely due to the inner and outer upheaval of these crazy times, but isn’t that exactly when one needs to dig deep and stand firm? Which I really am trying to do, although with mixed success.

And that’s okay, just as long as I don’t give up or give in. Right? 🙄

Niente. Zilch. Nada.

The current uncertainties are contributing mightily to some personal inner unrest. The end result is a gradual but definite tendency towards a return of late nights.

So frustrating!

And that’s all I have to say for now.😕
