I deeply appreciate people who have the kind of mind that thinks up these kinds of things — both funny and really clever.
Two thoughts: One, this is just exactly what my tired brain can appreciate tonight.
And two, I wonder if Slinkies still exist. 🤔
We had an extremely productive meeting at Dharmadevi and Narayan’s home this morning.
First we greeted Kali (their little black dog); met the three goats; caught a glimpse of some of the chickens; and viewed the barn and farmyard area (the cow chose not to make an appearance).
Then we brainstormed a whole new level of collaboration between Crystal Clarity Publishers and the Ananda Music Ministry. It feels like we’re shifting into a glorious new age for the music and books of Ananda!
But the funniest moment for me came when I noticed something strange in the bedroom… 😂
I heard about this movie for years and years before I actually got around to seeing it. I don’t remember what kept me from it; very likely there was no specific reason.
At any rate, I still had only seen it a couple of times when we decided to watch it for our Friday date night. And I must say, I had forgotten just how funny it is!
It ended up being the perfect movie choice, because we were soooo ready for belly laughs after a super busy and intense week.
P.S. I feel like I’m arriving late to the party, but I am now an official Marisa Tomei fan!
I think this meme was the funniest thing I saw on the internet this week.
It was also completely sobering.
In fact, it took me a few seconds before I “got it” — not because I’m so slow, but because I couldn’t really comprehend the fact that we’re four months from the beginning of 2022!
