Today was the total rest day that I couldn’t do on Friday because of my physical therapy appointment.
I sat outside in the sun. Took multiple naps. Did some reading. Tested negative for COVID (we like to make sure after traveling internationally before we sing with the whole group).
Now I’m gearing up for the big project of washing the dishes — oohhh! 😂
