My heart goes out to the millions of people affected by Hurricane Helene and the devastating floods that followed.
This is one of those times when I wish I could do more than just pray.

Iām not sure if you know about Asheville North Carolina up in the mountains. Interestingly they got slammed. There is a yoga retreat where Krishna Das usually goes at least once a year. Devastating.
